Venice's newest landmark goes beyond the conventional, located as it is in the splendidly restored 19th-century Molino Stucky formerly a flour mill and granary. From its site on the Giudecca, the gondola shaped group of eight interconnected islands that lie minutes away from Piazza San Marco and all the city's major attractions, the hotel gazes proudly out over the Giudecca Canal and an unforgettable city skyline.

"The Giudecca Island" with its Venetian Churches - possible to explore on foot. "Piazza San Marco" & "San Marco Basilica" - 0.6 miles - Most famous attraction in Venice."Palazzo Ducale" (Doge's Palace) - 06. miles - used to be the residence of the Doge of Venice. The 15th century Palace is an impressive building in pink and white marble. "The Grand Canal" - 0.6 miles - is Venice's main water through fare, lined with great Renaissance and Byzantin - palaces. "Teatro La Fenice" - 0.6 miles - is one of the famous theatre in Europe and the main opera house of Venice. We do offer a complimentary shuttle service only for our guests every 30 minutes daily from the hotel to Zattere Gesuati / San Marco and back. It runs from 06.50 am until 02.00am in the morning and stops in front of the hotel.

The best way from and to any other places like, airport,or train station is by watertaxi.The closest public waterbus station, called "Palanca" from our hotel is 10 minutes walking distance and guests have to cross 2 bridges. The fee per person is 6 Euro, one way.The "Vaporetto" service runs 24 hours.

Unfortunately we do not have a parking onsite. The closest parking garage is about 15 minutes by watertaxi at Tronchetto, called "Venezia Tronchetto Parking" .The costs are 20 Euro for 24 hours. If the guests stay more than 3 days they will get a 20 % discount (only if payment will be done at the time of arrival ). Opening hours: 24 hours. The payment can be settled with the following credit cards: American Express and Visa Card.

In any case the only direct way to get from Marco Polo airport to the hotel is by water taxi. Approximately 100 Euro per taxi per way (additional charges may be calculated depending on number of passengers, luggage, etc)

The congress centre is the largest of any hotel in Venice, comprising 14 modern meeting rooms and a ballroom for 1,000 persons. In addition, the hotel offers a wellness centre and a gym (600 sq.m.), a rooftop pool, and 5 restaurants and bars, including the exclusive top-floor Skyline Bar with its breathtaking view of Venice.
